Roasted chile poblana, stuffed w/ chayote, zucchini, green & yellow bell pepper, served over black bean puree, topped w/ mango salsa

Cochinita Pibil

Pork marinated in achiote adobe sauce, steamed in banana leaves, garnished w/ marinated red onions, served with white rice and homemade corn tortillas

Asada Jalisco

Grilled Niman Ranch Steak, with grilled nopal, grilled Anaheim chile stuffed w/ cheese, pot beans, hand made tortillas and fresh salsa

Ensalada Caribena

Mixed green and spinach tossed in a cilantro and mint vinaigrette, with black beans, mango and grilled chicken.
